Clinic Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We understand schedules can change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or no-shows will be charged 50% of the treatment fee. Emergency exceptions apply.
Package Policy
Treatment packages must be used within the specified time period. Packages are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to immediate family members. If you need to pause your package due to extended illness or travel, please contact us.
Late Arrival
Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your treatment or reschedule, and the full fee may still apply.
